When will my order arrive?
All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. We use UPS Ground for all our shipping. Within the US, expect to receive your item 3 to 5 days after shipping. If this time frame cannot be met due to vacation, you will be notified.
Which mail carriers do you use?
We currently ship via UPS Ground only.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We are looking into international shipping options, but currently only ship within the US.
Can I return an item?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
What do I do if my items are damaged?
We take precaution when packaging our products, but understand that damages can occur during shipment. If products arrive to you damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please email us a photo of the packaging (box) and the damaged product so that we can contact our carrier. Please save all the packaging, it is required for claims.
Sylvia Tello Trumbull Ceramics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact UPS to resolve these matters.
Is your checkout system secure?
Yes. The checkout process for Sylvia Tello Trumbull Ceramics happens entirely on Stripe, a secure payment processor. Please refer to the Stripe website for up-to-date information on their security policies and procedures.
Will you share my personal information?
Sylvia Tello Trumbull Cereamics is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make shopping at our site as simple as possible and to improve the overall shopping experience on the site. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone. Period.
I don’t see the item I want. When will it be available?
We are a small studio and only a few pieces are produced. To find out what's happening in the studio please check our shop and follow us on Instagram!
Do you take custom or special orders?
Not at this time.
Where can I buy your products in person?
At this time, Sylvia Tello Trumbull Ceramics are only available on this website.
How do I care for my new ceramics?
Our products are not food safe. Pieces are best dusted or washed with just warm water.
