We take precaution when packaging our products, but understand that damages can occur during shipment. If products arrive to you damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please email us a photo of the packaging (box) and the damaged product so that we can contact our carrier. Please save all the packaging, it is required for claims.
